Automobili Lamborghini S.p.A. is an Italian luxury automotive manufacturer founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini. The company found in 1963 to compete the fellow Italian Ferrari. From 350 GT up to the Aventador are all powered with V12 engine (including two SUV models). With the introduction of Miura engine configuration shifted to rear mid-engine, this applies in a latter generation for their supercars.
Lamborghini also added an SUV-lineup, the current Urus is the only available.
Lamborghini currently controlled by Volkswagen Group. The car platform, chassis, engine and gearbox is also shared from Audi as a part of the parent company.
Starting in 2024, Lamborghini stated that will be shifting to hybrid models.
